Portia Griffin is a seasoned producer with over five years of experience at Five & Done, where she managed process design and development across multiple sites and led large-scale quarterly audit projects.

Before her current role, Portia was an Associate Producer at Five & Done, handling help desk management and enhancement projects for the BuyAToyota site and overseeing daily tasks and process improvements for the Toyota Certified site.

Her career began at Razoyo, where she started as an Ecommerce Intern, gaining experience in Magento, social media marketing, and UX design. She later advanced to roles such as Application Support Lead and Site Build Project Manager, where she refined support processes, managed client budgets, and organized team meetings and events.
