If you have been following our efforts, you know that since the beginning of the war, thanks to our donors, we delivered 17 body armor vests and 5 pieces of night vision equipment.
In addition, we have delivered Christmas gifts to 40 war orphans in the Kherson area, one of the hardest hit. Many of the orphans were unable to move due to injuries or physical challenges. I have a hard time imagining a lonlier position to be in.
There were already about 100,000 orphans in Ukraine before the start of the war. Now, the orphanages are bursting at the seams.
That is why we worked with volunteers in Ukraine to provide some holiday cheer to war orphans who could not be evacutated from combat zones in the east to the west.
With your donations, we purchased and shipped gifts. We would like to extend a special thanks to the volunteers at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in The Colony, Texas for wrapping the gifts, writing and creating cards of encouragement, and helping with the shipping costs.
The body armor and equipment we delivered early on saved at least two lives of men just like these heros.
We have stopped taking donations. However, if you are involved in an effort to provide assistance to Ukraine and feel we can help, please contact us.
